Storytelling in soundtrack style: With his new performance “EXO”, Bit-Tuner aka Marcel Gschwend finally shows us a new facet of his multifaceted sound madness. The live performer, who flips along live, animating the audience to move with heavy bass sounds in spheres of fog, presents himself from a different side this time. Known for his wide range of sources of inspiration, Bit-Tuner mixes cinematic qualities with (self-)reflective moments of gliding depth in “EXO” to create a show that forces us to think. Mixed live and visually supported by filmmaker Joerg Hurschler, Bit-Tuner not only throws us into ecstasy, but provokes us to listen. Socio-political unrest, insecurity and the experience of new frontier experiences paired with a sense of community and togetherness – a retreat to Athens culminates in an invitation to collective immersion.
Bit-Tuner has collaborated with various artists such as Dani Göldin (Göldin & Bit-Tuner), !Mediengruppe Bitnik, Audio88 & Yassin, IOKOI, Manuel Stahlberger, Andro El Hawy, Islam Chipsy or Sensational […].
